This can help make routine dental care and maintenance more affordable. The low, pre-paid annual investment can cover you for a 12 month period and includes
Adult Pre-Paid "In-Office" Preventative Dental Care Plan

The savings for routine care, maintenance visits and x-rays can be hundreds of dollars worth of treatment.. all reduced by participating in this special "In-Office Dental Care Plan.
For Example, a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children under 14 years) would pre-pay $580.00 for the annual visits for the family.

RESTRICTIONS:

The full annual investment is due at signing and the reduced investment will be extended for a period of 1 year from the agreement date.
