To celebrate National Children's Dental Health month Dr. Pannu is offering Free exams and 2 bitewing x-rays to any child from 3 to 14 years old.

This free 15-minute exam provides for the standard child's checkup and the results.  To reserve an exam for your child, complete this form and Jennifer will contact you to schedule your child or children.

Exams will be conducted on
